ABOUT ME..

I am a wife of 14 years and a mother of three busy children. I love being busy though! Being in the Pacific Northwest gives me all the opportunities I need. I love hiking, biking, backpacking, swimming, running (really anything that is outdoors that ends in ing). I also love my downtime at home! ☺ 

I love people and relationships. I believe we are wired for connection. However, I also understand that relationships are REALLY hard. Most of us have experienced injuries in our relationships that make trust hard and scary. Anxiety and depression often follow. 

My clinical expertise comes from life experiences as well as formal education. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University of Idaho and a Master of Art’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from NorthCentral University.
